1/4 c. butter
1 (10 oz.) pkg. marshmallows
6 c. popcorn
1/2 lb. M&M'S®
1 to 1 1/2 c. cocktail peanuts

Melt butter and marshmallows in double boiler. Let cool just a little, so it doesn't melt M&M'S®. Pour over popcorn, M&M'S® and peanuts. Press into 9x13 inch greased cake pan. Let set and then cut to size desired.
