SEAFOOD LINGUINE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. linguine
6 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 sm. onion, minced
2 c. milk
1 lb. fresh or frozen crab legs or sea legs, cut in sm. pieces
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. chopped parsley

Cook linguine until tender; set aside (do not drain). Cook onion until tender in butter. Stir in flour until blended for 1 minute, gradually stir in milk. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture boils and thickens slightly. Gently stir in seafood, cheese, and chopped parsley; heat through. Mix with linguine.
