1 lb. sausage, fried
1 c. shredded Mozzarella
1/2 c. flavored bread crumbs
2 eggs
Garlic powder
1 lb. bread dough

Remove skin from sausage and crumble. Add next 4 ingredients to sausage and mix. Pat dough into rectangle. Spread meat mixture over dough. Roll in jelly roll fashion. Put seam on the bottom and fold ends. Rub with oil and sprinkle with oregano. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
