GRAPE NUT PUDDING 
2 eggs
2 c. skim milk
Salt (pinch)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. Grape Nuts
1/4 c. sugar

Warm milk and soak Grape Nuts. Beat eggs and add to milk with sugar, vanilla and salt. Bake in slow oven (350 degrees) about 30 to 40 minutes. Test with knife. When it comes out clean the pudding is done. Serve with a dab of Cool Whip on top!
