PASTA SALAD | |
1 pkg. Skinner Garden Style Twirls (green and white pasta) Tomatoes (1 lg. or 2 med., chopped fine) Celery (approx. 4 pieces or use the heart of the celery) Green onions (2 chopped fine) Cucumbers (2 chopped fine) Broccoli flowerettes (approx. 5 pieces) Cauliflower flowerettes (approx. 5 pieces) 1 sm. jar chopped pimentos (drained) Olives (black or green or both) (chopped) Bell pepper (approx. 1 sm. cut in sm. pieces) Cook pasta according to directions or until tender, drain and let cool. Put in large mixing bowl and add all other ingredients plus olive oil and vinegar to taste. You can use any other Italian dressing if you like. The seasonings are your preference but I use garlic powder, a little basil, dill, salt and pepper to taste. Note: This will make a large bowl of salad or you can use less amount of vegetables and makes a smaller amount. |
