C.'S CARAMEL CORN 
8 to 10 c. popped corn
2 sticks butter
2 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. white syrup or honey
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Mix butter, brown sugar, syrup (or honey). Cook until hard ball, 250 degrees. Add vanilla and soda mix, pour over popped corn. Mix will spread out on buttered cookie sheet. Bake at 200 degrees 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes. Take up on brown paper sack, let cool.
