EASY CARAMEL CORN 
1 stick butter
1 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. corn syrup

Combine butter, sugar and syrup. Bring to boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add pinch of soda and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Mix. Pour over popped corn and mix well to coat. Covers about 1 1/2 gallon popped corn.
