TANGY SOUTHERN MEATLOAF 
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. tomato ketchup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. onion salt
3/4 c. oatmeal
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef

SAUCE:

1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper

In large bowl, combine oats, egg, ketchup, celery seed and onion salt. Add beef and mix well. Pat mixture into 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. In small bowl combine all ingredients for sauce. Pour over meatloaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes. Serves 8.
