BUDGET CASSEROLE (EA) 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. minced green pepper
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
2 c. cooked noodles
2 c. diced "franks" (5)
1/8 tsp. curry powder
1/2-3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese

Start, heating oven to 350 degrees. Saute onions and peppers in butter until tender. Add "Franks", curry, salt and noodles, then 1/2 cup grated cheese. Turn into 2 quart casserole. Top with 1/4 cup grated cheese. Bake 30 minutes. Serves 4.
