FRUIT PIZZA 
1 pkg. Jiffy yellow cake mix
1 egg
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. water
1/2 c. chopped nuts
12 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. powdered sugar
4 kinds fruit (in season)
1/2 c. apricot preserves (or your favorite)
2 tbsp. water

Mix cake mix, egg, brown sugar, water and nuts. Spread thinly on greased and floured pizza pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Remove and cool well.

Beat until fluffy the cream cheese, vanilla and powdered sugar. Spread on cooled cookie. Arrange fruit in a circular pattern, so that each finished "slice" has a sampling of all fruits.

Heat preserves and water until warm and runny - brush on pizza with pastry brush. Chill until ready to serve.
