CORNED BEEF CASSEROLE | |
2 cans cream of mushroom soup 1 sm. onion, diced 1 can corned beef Dash salt and pepper 3 c. milk 4 hard boiled eggs, diced 2 c. macaroni, uncooked 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese Mix all ingredients together well. Pour into a greased casserole. Store in refrigerator overnight. Sprinkle with crushed potato chips. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Excellent dish to prepare night before for a delicious supper, or to take to a shutin. |
