APPLE CHICKEN SALAD 
2 1/2 c. cooked, cube 1 inch chicken
1 c. walnut halves
1/2 c. sliced celery
2 med. tart apples, cubed 1/2 inches
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Lettuce

In large bowl combine all ingredients except sour cream, cinnamon and lettuce. In small bowl combine sour cream and cinnamon, stir into chicken mixture. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Line bowl with lettuce fill with salad.
