LEMON BARS 
CRUST:

1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar

Mix together and pat into an 8x8 greased pan. Bake 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees.

FILLING:

2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. flour

Mix all together; pour over crust while still hot. Bake 20 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
