APPLE - NUT PUDDING 
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. sifted flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. almond extract
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
1 1/2 c. diced raw apples

Beat eggs until fluffy. Add sugar gradually, beating in each addition thoroughly. Sift together flour, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg; stir into mixture. Add almond extract, nuts and apple; mix thoroughly. Pour into well greased 8 inch cake dish. Bake at 350 degrees. Test at 35 minutes.
