APPLE NUT PUDDING 
2 sticks butter, softened
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. white sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. sliced apples
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Cream butter and then add sugars. Cream again and then add eggs. Beat well. Combine flour, soda and spices and mix well. Add flour to creamed mixture and mix until combined. Now add vanilla, apples and nuts. Mix well and pour into greased, floured 2 (8 inch) square or 2 (8 inch) round pans. Bake at 300 degrees for about an hour or until done.
