1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. cooking oil
1 c. water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine dry ingredients and set aside in mixing bowl. Combine remaining ingredients and add to dry ingredients, mixing well. Grease and flour 8x8 inch square cake pan. Pour batter into pan and bake 30-35 minutes.
