SAUCE TROPICALE 
2 ripe mangos, peeled, sliced and pureed
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. fresh orange juice
1 tbsp. Key lime juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. coconut extract

Combine the mango puree, sugar and orange juice in heavy saucepan. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer and continue cooking until thickened, about 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in Key Lime juice and extracts. Serve over ice cream.
