CALIFORNIA FLOUNDER 
1 lb. flounder fillets
1 bag frozen California mix vegetables
Garlic powder to taste
1 lg. onion
2-3 garlic cloves
Mozzarella, shredded
2-3 tsp. olive oil
Parmesan cheese to taste
Sprinkle of bread crumbs
1-2 tbsp. butter

Saute onion and garlic in oil. Add vegetable mix. When soft, add Parmesan and bread crumbs. Drain; add shredded Mozzarella. Stuff and roll flounder with vegetable mixture. Sprinkle with butter and garlic powder. Bake at 350 degrees, 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes.
