BROCCOLI AND CORN CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Add vegetables to boiling water, cook 8 to 10 minutes Stir in soup until blended. Pour in 1 1/2 cup baking dish. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake 15 to 20 minutes until bubbly around edges and cheese melts. Bake at 350 degrees.
