KNORR SPINACH DIP 
10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
8 oz. water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1 sm. garlic clove, finely chopped
3 green onions, chopped

In medium bowl, mix spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, soup mix. Stir well. Add water chestnuts, garlic and onions. Stir well. Cover and refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
