HOT PEPPERS 
1/3 tbsp. oregano
2-3 cloves garlic, cut in quarters
1 tbsp. canning salt
White vinegar
Water

Use five (1 quart jars). Quarter peppers, remove stems, fill jars half full of peppers. Add 1/3 tablespoon oregano, 2-3 cloves garlic, quartered, 1 tablespoon canning salt. Fill jars with peppers. Add white vinegar to 2/3 full. Add water to fill jar. Set for 2 hours, then top with olive oil.
