SPICY HOT CHICKEN 
4 chicken legs
4 chicken thighs
1/4 tsp. rosemary
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 bunch green onions, chopped (green and all)
Crushed red pepper to taste
2 (8 oz.) tomato sauce

Mix all ingredients in saucepan. Simmer 2-3 minutes to blend. Place chicken in 9x13 inch glass pan. Pour sauce mixture over chicken. Cover with foil. Bake until chicken is tender, about 1 hour at 350 degrees. Use crushed red pepper to make as hot as you like.
