YUM - YUM - SUM - GUM 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. vinegar
Clove of garlic
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 tbsp. brown sugar
Salt & pepper to taste
1 lb. 12 oz. baked beans

Brown ground beef; drain off fat. Add vegetables. Stir in sauce and other ingredients. Simmer 5 minutes. Put beans in pan, cover with ground beef and vegetables mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
