POTATO SKINS
4 tsp. nonfat "butter" granules
6 med. baking potatoes, scrubbed 7 baked
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Reconstitute the "butter" granules according to the directions on the package.

Cut each potato in half. Scoop out the center, leaving about 1/4" of potato on the inside of each skin. Cut skins into quarters. Dab liquid butter substitute onto the white side of each potato skin. Sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper, if desired.

Place prepared skins, skin side down, on a baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes, or until lightly browned. Turn skins over and bake another 5 minutes or until crisp. Serve immediately.
