CORNED BEEF BALL 
1 can corned beef
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. prepared hot horseradish (not cream style)
2 tsp. sweet pickle relish
1 sm. onion, minced

Mix and shape into ball. Freeze 45 minutes or overnight. Roll in fresh finely chopped parsley. Serve with Wheat Thins.
