SAUSAGE AND EGG PUFF 
2 lb. ground pork sausage
4 slices day old bread, cubed
2 c. grated sharp cheddar
12 eggs
4 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown sausage and drain on paper towels to remove all grease. In 13 x 9 inch greased baking dish spread cubed bread over bottom. Sprinkle sausage and cheese over the bread. In a large bowl beat milk and eggs together. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour this mixture over the bread. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. When ready to use in morning, remove foil and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes, or until top is golden brown. Makes 8 to 12 servings.
