CHILI EGG PUFF 
10 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pt. cottage cheese
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles

Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Add flour, baking powder, salt, cheese, melted butter. Stir in chiles. Pour mixture into buttered 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes until top is lightly brown and center is firm. Serve hot. Serves 12.
