GRANDMA ROSE'S CRANBERRY KUCHEN 
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. flour
2 tbsp. shortening
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. cranberries

Combine egg, sugar, milk and shortening, flour, baking powder and salt. Mix well. Place in greased 9 x 13 inch pan (will spread very thin). Put cranberries through food processor and sprinkle over top.

3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. butter

Mix remaining flour and sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over fruit. Bake 25 minutes (approximately) at 350 degrees. Serve warm. Raspberries are also very good in this recipe.
