HAWAIIAN SPARERIBS | |
3 lbs. country spareribs 9 oz. can crushed pineapple 1/2 c. catsup 1/4 c. vinegar 1 tbsp. soy sauce 3 tbsp. brown sugar 2 tbsp. cornstarch 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. ginger Cut ribs in serving size pieces and place in a shallow baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients and cook and stir until thickened. Pour pineapple mixture over ribs. Cover and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 2 hours or until tender. Uncover, spoon with sauce and bake 15 minutes longer to glaze slightly. Serve 4 to 6. |
