HEARTY VEGETABLE SOUP | |
2 cans (12 oz. each) vegetable juice cocktail 2 c. water 1 sm. head cabbage (about 1 pound), finely chopped 1 med. onion, sliced 3 sm. or 2 med. carrots, sliced (about 1 cup) 1 med. stalk celery, chopped (about 1/2 cup) 2 tbsp. instant beef or chicken bouillon Heat all ingredients to boiling. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 1 hour. Makes 8 (1 cup) servings. |
