ORANGE-PINEAPPLE CREAM SALAD 
16 oz. cottage cheese (med. to lg. curds)
16 oz. Cool Whip
16 oz. crushed pineapple (drain juice)
Lg. pkg. orange Jello
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Stir Cool Whip in large bowl to make it more fluffy. Add cottage cheese - mix well. Gradually add dry Jello mix until the whole mixture is completely orange through and through. Add drained pineapples. Add pecans to your liking and save some to sprinkle on top.
