STUFFED CHICKEN BREASTS 
6 (4 oz.) skinned, boned chicken breast halves
Pepper
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen French style green beans, thawed
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. oregano leaves

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pound each chicken piece until flat. Season with pepper. Sprinkle each piece with equal parts of cheese. Combine beans and pimento; place 1/2 cup on each piece. Bring ends of chicken together and secure with wooden toothpicks. Place in 8 inch square baking dish.

Combine tomato sauce and oregano; pour over chicken. Cover, bake 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer. To serve, remove picks and spoon sauce over chicken. Makes 6 servings.
