STUFFED SHRIMP 
1 lg. or jumbo shrimp, peeled & deveined
1 1/2 c. white sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Italian bread crumbs
2 cans minced clams
1/2 c. butter

To make white sauce, melt 1 1/2 tablespoons butter in a small saucepan. Add 1 1/2 tablespoons flour and mix. Gradually add 1 1/2 cups milk, stirring until you get a thick sauce. Drain cans of clams and add to sauce. Remove white sauce from stove. Add garlic powder and enough bread crumbs to make a thick stuffing. Put shrimp in baking dish. Spread stuffing on top of shrimp.

Melt 1/2 cup butter. Pour on top of stuffed shrimp. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven until shrimp are done, about 20-25 minutes.
