PUMPKIN DIP 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1 lg. can (30 oz.) pumpkin
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1 box ginger snap cookies

Beat sugar and cream cheese until soft. Add remaining ingredients. Beat until mixed. Refrigerate. Serve with ginger snap cookies.
