ANGEL BISCUITS 
5 c. self-rising flour
1 c. shortening
2 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. lukewarm water
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. buttermilk

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Mix dry ingredients; cut in shortening. Add milk and yeast. Roll out dough and cut into desired size.

Bake at 450°F for 18 minutes. Can be frozen and baked later.
