HOT SLAW PAN 
3 beaten eggs
1/3 c. water
4 tbsp. vinegar
3/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. prepared mustard
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. caraway seeds
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 pt. shredded cabbage

In a pot combine eggs, water, vinegar, salt, mustard, sugar and caraway seeds. Cook, stirring frequently, until thick. Add butter. Add cabbage to seed mixture, mixing thoroughly. Cover; cook for 10-15 minutes until heated. Serves 6.
