MUSHROOM PIE 
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 lg. bell pepper, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
2 sm. cans mushrooms (bits and pieces)
2 cans beef broth
1 can water
Salt and pepper to taste
2 c. raw rice
1 stick butter

Melt butter in pyrex bowl or magnalite pot. Add all the ingredients in pot and stir well and cover pot tightly. Bake in 350 degree oven for one hour. Let set 10 to 20 minutes before serving. Toss and fluffy before serving.

Note: Good side dish when barbecuing.
