3 c. sliced carrots
1 tbsp. horseradish
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. water

Combine all ingredients and place in a tightly covered baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours until carrots are tender. Stir gently before serving.
