6 carrots, sliced
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. horseradish
2 tbsp. grated onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs

Cook carrots. Mix together mayonnaise, horseradish, onion and salt and pepper. Put in 1 quart casserole. Top with buttered crumbs. Bake 15 minutes in 300 degree oven. Serves 6.
