RED BEAT EGGS 
1 pt. red beets
2 c. sugar
2 c. vinegar
2 c. water

Take gallon jug; mix red beet juice, sugar, vinegar, water until mixed. Add your hard cooked eggs (approximately 2 dozen). Place red beets on top to hold eggs under juice. It takes about 2 to 3 days to soak into eggs.
