PINEAPPLE CAKE (NO BEATING) 
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. crushed pineapple (No. 2 can)

Blend all ingredients with spoon. Do not beat. Bake in greased 13x9x2 pan at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Ice 5 minutes after baking. Prepare topping while cake is baking.

TOPPING:

1 stick butter
1 sm. can milk
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Cook until thickened at least 10 minutes. Add 1/2 cup coconut and 1/2 cup walnuts. Spread on warm cake. Nice moist cake!
