OFFBEAT CARROTS 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. horseradish
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 carrots, sliced & cooked until tender
1/2 c. buttered crumbs

Combine the first 5 ingredients, stir in the carrots and place in a 1 quart casserole. Top with the buttered crumbs and bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned. Serves 4.
