OLD FASHIONED FONDUE 
1/2 lb. butter
4 chopped onions
1 lb. diced Cheddar cheese
4 c. crab meat
3/4 c. ketchup
4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. sherry
Salt, pepper to taste

Melt the butter and saute the onions for a few minutes. Add the onions, ketchup, Worcestershire, sherry and seasonings. Stir constantly until the mixture is smooth. Add the prepared crab meat and blend. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
