PIZZA FONDUE 
1 (16 oz.) can tomato wedges, undrained
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (16 oz.) jar pasteurized process cheese spread
1/3 c. red wine
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. leaf oregano
1/4 tsp. leaf basil
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Cut tomato wedges into small pieces; place in 2 quart glass casserole. Add tomato sauce and paste, cheese spread, wine, onion, oregano, basil, garlic salt, and pepper. Cover with a lid. Microwave on high 10 to 11 minutes, stirring once. Stir in cheeses. Microwave on high, uncovered, 2 to 3 minutes. Pour into serving dish.

Dippers: Bite-sized meatballs, partially cooked cauliflower, French bread chunks, corn chips, and mushrooms.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
