1/2 lb. sausage 1 lb. ground chuck or ground turkey 2 onions, chopped 1 clove garlic, crushed 15 oz. can tomato sauce 1 sm. can tomato pate Oregano, basil, rosemary 2 pkgs. frozen spinach, cooked, chopped and drained 1 c. sour cream 10 oz. pkg. egg noodles Parmesan cheese Saute until brown, add tomato sauce, paste and 1 cup water. Add 1 teaspoon oregano, 1 teaspoon basil, 1 teaspoon rosemary. Cook for 30 minutes. Mix spinach with sour cream, cook the egg noodles. Make layers adding Parmesan cheese between layers. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. |
