BAKED CHICKEN 
1 fryer, cut up or 8 boned chicken breasts
1 c. butter
2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, pressed
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. chopped parsley

Melt butter. Blend cracker crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt and pepper. Dip each piece of chicken in melted butter, then cracker crumb mixture. Place in shallow pan or casserole. Pour remaining butter over chicken. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Do not turn chicken.
