MEXICAN LASAGNE | |
1 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. chopped onion 16 oz. refried beans 1 c. sour cream 7 oz. taco sauce 7 oz. picante sauce 8 oz. tomato sauce 5 (8 inch) flour tortillas 3 c. shredded Cheddar and/or Monterey Jack In large skillet saute beef and onions. Stir in beans and sour cream. Remove from heat. Combine taco, picante and tomato sauce. Spread small amount of sauce in bottom of 9 or 10-inch oiled round casserole. Build layers in order: tortilla, sauce, beef filling, cheese, tortilla, etc. Top last tortilla with sauce and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees about 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Remove and let sit for 10 minutes. |
