SWEET POTATO CRUNCH 
4 med. sized sweet potatoes
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
3/4 stick butter (softened)
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Boil sweet potatoes in their jackets until done. Cool, peel and mix with the rest of the ingredients. Pour into 2 quart casserole. Bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees.

In separate bowl combine: 1/4 stick butter (melted) 1/2 c. brown sugar 3/4 c. corn flakes

Spread over sweet potatoes and bake uncovered for 10 minutes at 375 degrees.
