SWEET POTATO CRUNCH 
1 (29 oz.) can yams or sweet potatoes
1/2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. butter
1 egg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Mash yams with above ingredients; put in 1 1/2 quart casserole.

TOPPING:

1 c. crumbled graham crackers
1/2 c. chopped nuts
4 tbsp. butter
1 c. brown sugar

Mix together; place over sweet potatoes or yams. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
