SWEET POTATO CRUNCH 
3 c. mashed sweet potato
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 stick butter, melted
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. evaporated milk

Combine ingredients and pour into baking dish.

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. melted butter

Combine and sprinkle on top of sweet potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
